Sino Steel supplies stainless steel plate, coil, pipe and bar in 201, 304/304L, 316/316L, 309/309S, 321, 2205, 410 and 904 grades. As a stainless steel manufacturer and supplier, we combine mill sourcing, factory processing, surface finishing, PMI, traceability and export delivery according to the actual product requirement.
Start with the form on the drawing or material list. Plate, coil, pipe and bar use different factory processes, inspection points, surface routes and packing methods.
For flat stainless material, cut-to-size parts and sheet with polished, mirror or decorative surface requirements.
For master coil, slit coil and coil-fed production with finish, protective-film and edge requirements.
For seamless and welded pipe or tube with NPS / Schedule or OD × wall-thickness purchasing routes.
For round, flat, square and hex bar used in fabrication, shafts, pins and machining blanks.
We regularly supply the grades below across stainless plate, coil, pipe and bar routes. The final product standard still depends on whether the buyer needs flat steel, pipe / tube or solid bar.
Common factory and mill supply grades across plate, coil, pipe and bar purchasing.
Supplied when the drawing or project specifically calls for the 316-series route.
Quoted from the actual project, temperature and fabrication requirement.
These grades follow different material and manufacturing routes and are not grouped as ordinary 300-series stock.
A 316L plate, 316L pipe and 316L bar can all use the same familiar grade name, but the product standard, factory process, dimensional requirements and inspection route are different. We confirm the correct product-specific route before quotation.
Our stainless steel factory processing routes include regular mill finishes, polished and brushed finishes, mirror and decorative surfaces, plus post-fabrication treatments where required.
For example, a buyer can order 304 sheet with No.4 finish and protective film, or 316L pipe with a polished surface plus passivation. Put each requirement on the RFQ separately.
Sino Steel works as a stainless steel supplier across mill sourcing and factory processing. The manufacturing source, finish route and processing method are selected from grade, product form, quantity and final delivery requirement.
Grade, size and product standard determine which mill or manufacturer route is suitable.
Polishing, brushing, mirror finishing, protective film and post-treatment are arranged only where the order needs them.
Plate cutting, coil slitting, pipe cutting and bar saw cutting can be arranged before shipment.
Inspection follows the product after factory processing, not only the original mill material.
A clear enquiry connects grade to the actual product form, size, surface and inspection requirement.
Stainless steel inspection is not only about a bright surface. The supplier needs to connect the physical material, grade, dimensions, factory processing and mill documentation to the confirmed order.
Confirm the grade, product form and applicable manufacturing route before release.
Useful where 304 / 316, 2205, 904 or mixed stainless material creates a real alloy-identification risk.
Mill / manufacturer records stay linked to the heat, coil, plate, pipe batch or original bar.
Cutting, slitting, polishing or repacking should not disconnect the finished material from the original identity required by the order.
Processing remains secondary to material supply, but factory preparation can reduce the buyer's next cutting, slitting, polishing or machining step.
Cut-to-size, surface finishing, protective film and selected post-treatment.
Slitting, cut-to-length, surface processing and protective-film routes.
Cutting, end preparation, polishing, pickling, passivation and testing where required.
Saw cutting, peeled / ground / polished finishes and machining-blank preparation.
Stainless steel factory packing should follow the product form and surface condition. A heavy No.1 plate, 8K sheet, polished tube and ground bar need different contact and protection methods.
Heavy plate uses stable support; finished sheet may need film, clean separators, edge and moisture protection.
Coil support, edge protection, wrapping and anti-rolling control change with finish and slit width.
Industrial pipe can be bundled; polished or mirror tube needs cleaner surface contact and end protection.
Long bars use multi-point support; peeled, ground or polished bars may need additional surface separation and wrapping.
For projects where stainless material is not required and carbon steel is the specified route.
View Carbon Steel →For galvanized, galvalume and color-coated products where surface coating is the main protection route.
View Coated Steel →For H beam, I beam, channel, angle and sheet pile project supply.
View Structural Steel →For ribbed reinforcement bar and rebar mesh used in concrete projects.
View Steel Rebar →We supply stainless steel plate / sheet, coil, pipe / tube and bar. Each product has its own grade, size, finish, processing and inspection route.
Our regular stainless supply includes 201, 304/304L, 316/316L, 309/309S, 321, 2205, 410 and 904 across appropriate product forms.
Yes. We can arrange No.4, satin, HL, SB, No.8 / 8K mirror, vibration, bead blasted, etched, embossed / patterned and PVD-colored routes on applicable flat stainless products.
Yes, where the product and order route support the treatment. These should be specified separately from visual finishes such as 2B, No.4 or mirror.
No. PMI supports physical alloy identification. The MTC provides broader mill / manufacturer test information for the ordered heat or batch.
Product form, grade, size, finish, quantity and destination are enough to start. If the order includes several products or surface treatments, upload the material list or drawing.
